Return Policy
We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure you love what you wear. However, due to the nature of our clothing products, we offer a limited 7-day return period, subject to the terms below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met without exception:
The request must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in 100% original condition with all tags, labels, packaging, and accessories intact.
Only damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items qualify for return or exchange.
Items must be returned with the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
Products bought during sale, discount, or promotional periods.
Innerwear, socks, and other intimate apparel.
Products showing any signs of use, wear, alterations, fragrance, or damage.
Customized or altered clothing (e.g., sleeve adjustments, measurements).
Return requests made after the 7-day period.
Return Approval Process
All returns must go through a review and approval process:

2. Submit clear images of the product and describe the issue.
3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
4. Returned items will undergo quality verification at our facility.
5. Upon passing inspection, a refund/store credit will be issued within 7 working days.
Important Conditions
One-time return per order is allowed (no repeated exchanges on the same order).
If the product fails our inspection, it will be sent back to you at your cost, and no refund or credit will be issued.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy standards.
